A way to know when its a first time cleaning

I would like to suggest a tool that allows us to know when it’s a first time clean for the team, just by looking at the dispatch view. Also, it would be helpful to have a little bubble or indicator when there is a note for the specific day the house is getting cleaned again, so we can see it directly from the weekly dispatch view.
