A way to link our phone number to the actual reminders.
A lot of our customers reply to the appointment reminders, reply that we do not get. So it would be nice if we can get those reply to our email or by sms.

I support this. It is not ideal to have a text message sent and don't get the answer if the client replies.

totally! I recently had a client respond to their appointment reminder with instructions for the cleaning that day and we missed it because we couldnt see her message.
