Ability to Add Different Pay Types To Appointments/Employees during payroll

The ability to change the pay type for individual appointments in Payroll for those of us that pay our employees both a % and by the hour. For example: Employee Mary gets paid $15/hour for Deep Cleans and 35% for Residential customers.
