Actual Hrs worked vs Scheduled Time by employee & client - csv report
There is a new report for breakdown of worked hours per customer & employee. It seems to only add the estimated hours that I enter for scheduling, but it doesn't add the actual hours worked based on employee clock in and out times. Is there a way to have it show actual hours worked vs estimated hours scheduled? The actual hours worked would be more useful. It would be even more useful to have both actual & estimated hours in the report. Thanks and I love the feedback community.
