Add a different email for Appointment Confirmation Emails

I would like to recommend adding another email address so Appointment Confirmations can go to Office Manager. Currently, the emails are sent to "customer" and "myself" and/or "office", however, the email for "myself" and "office" are the same email. If this option is not available, why would we send 2 emails to the same email address?
