Add a history report of the cleaning date, cleaning cost, etc. per customer

You can also use the list view (search the customer name) to see all appointment for anyone

Amar Ghose: One-click Visit History. Detailed visit history would display a complete list of past appointments and for each appointment the date, price, employees, clock-in/out times, and cumulative time H:M spent on the appointment.

This should not be marked Complete. The data provided in the one-click history view is incomplete and very hard to read. It should include a complete list of past appointments and for each appointment the date, price, employees, clock-in/out times, and cumulative time H:M spent on the appointment (at a minimum). The current functionality is not really useful.
