Add Appointment Notes to Zapier’s Create Appointment Action
We use Google Sheets to prepare our cleaning schedule and Zapier to create appointments in ZenMaid.
Each spreadsheet row includes visit-specific cleaning instructions. We need to map those instructions into Appointment Notes so assigned cleaners can see them alongside the appointment details.
Currently, the Create Appointment action doesn’t expose a notes field, requiring us to open each appointment and copy the instructions manually.
Please add an optional Appointment Notes field to this action. Support for mapping Appointment Custom Fields and adding or updating notes on existing appointments would also be helpful.
This would save time and reduce the chance of important cleaning instructions being missed.
