Add appointment reminders PER client and not system-wide
I have a lot of monthly clients who like to get reminders for their appointments a week prior so they can change their date if they need to, but all my biweekly clients need to get reminders two days before so I would really like to be able to change when reminders are sent for every client rather than one reminder for ALL clients

Unfortunately we've explored this option in the past and there doesn't appear to be a way to implement this without confusing the user interface in ZenMaid. It would require too much training and explanation for a new trial user which we can't afford :-(
