If the form had dropped down menus that we can set the name, price and minimum hours for each one that would be amazing

I would like to be able to add more than 3 custom question fields, ideally unlimited custom question fields. It would also be really great to have all the different options for fields like you can build your client profile in custom fields, including long text, short text, dropdown, and checkbox.
