Yes! At this time, there is no export that includes notes, only Work Items and Custom Fields. Users have the ability to add notes (appointments, payroll), but without the ability to include these in their applicable exports, they are essentially write-only from a bulk use perspective. ZenMaid could provide significant flexibility to users to innovate by letting them apply notes fields for their unique needs, if they could only be exported. Further, a general good reporting practice is to always allow "data in" to also become "data out." This is one of the key reasons that we chose to look to ZenMaid for a solution other than our franchise's software -- it did not provide export of all data entered by users.
