I set up a customer named "Personal Appointment" (and left all the information blank) and set up a status for "Personal Appointment". This way I schedule the customer "Personal Appointment" like I normally would a cleaning and make the status "Personal Appointment". You have to enter an address for the appointment, so sometimes I use the address of where I am going (vet, doctor, etc.) or I just use my home address. Then I put in notes what the appointment is. This way it's on my business schedule in some way and it stands out with the different color status! I chose a bright color and I never mark is as completed so it will always stand out if I have to look back at the schedule. I do this for holidays as well!
this would be super helpful so im not having to check my personal calendar on top of my sechdule in zenmaid to make sure im not booking for a time im not available. please make this happen soon

This is the main reason we don't use the booking form right now!!! We would love to use the booking form function, but currently are not because clients can't see which days are booked up
Yes, I’ve said this from day 1. I have to print and hand write. Lack of being able to put Personal appointment is my only complaint.
Yes!! I like to block off times for meetings and such, as well, when I give a potential client a date, I like to block off that time and put TENTATIVE rather than go through the whole process of creating a client in the event that they dont continue.
I always have to book my meetings and appointments like they are a clean. It would be great if we could block out times or days...like when an employee is off

It's obvious they are still developing this software, however I switched because it promised to do everything I needed in one program, rather than the 3 or 4 I was using for different things. I'm sticking with it, because i'm hoping they will catch up lol.
Yes, I need this to schedule monthly meetings with cleaners or walk thru appointments where there is no charge. both of these count against appointment revenue, but no revenue.

I would like to see this as well. Currently I have to consult both Zenmaid and my Google Calendar when making appointments. I actually think it would be even better if Zenmaid could just import/export appointments with Google with the option of personal appointments just marked as "busy" in ZM instead of showing exactly what's planned. This would have the added benefit of automatically copying appointments from one calendar to the other, reducing redundant data entry.
