Amar Ghose: So when we recieve a phone call and someone want a quote over the phone allow us to put in there personal info like add them as a customer and then under there customer info have a quote section of what they was quote.
Travis Noble: Still confused. What you're describing is creating a customer in ZenMaid, which you would do while on the phone with them. Apologies if I'm being dense here but I'm still not clear what you're asking us to do or create here for you
Amar Ghose: My bad so when creating a customer in the section of where you would add the customer info and a extra box there for when u give them quotes that way when u add them on the schudule the cleaner will know not to clean but to just give a quote. Hopefully this will Help.
