Additional Customer Types

Right now we're limited to Former, Recuring, and One Time. It would be nice to have custom types, or at least a "On Hold". Due to the recent pandemic, we have a number of customers in which we've cancelled their recurring appointments, which forces them to "Former", but we'd like to set them as something unique, such as "On Hold" so we can identify them for marketing to re-acquire their business. In addition, being able to change someone to "Moved" or some other type in the contacts list, so that we don't market to people that are now out of state.

This would be amazing and would help with customizing the campaign and follow-ups, it would be nice to have a way to track when and how that customer was contacted as well, with a reminder to do so from time to time. Or to be even easier, have a way to do an automated campaign right at Zenmaid like in the picture.

Yes the ability to label client type so you can reach out to your seasonal clients as well.

Loved that, but in addition to that would be great to have a functionality from NOT contacted lead to then contacted lead but not yet converted to the client or former client. Something like "unsuccessful" or "contact later client". This will help inputing many more leads and filter whom is converted to the client and whom has been contacted, but not serviced yet. Something like in transitioning mode.
