Allow Cleaners to View a Client's Next Scheduled Cleaning Date
We would love to see a feature added that allows cleaners to view a client's next scheduled cleaning date, even when the cleaner is not specifically assigned to that client's next cleaning. Our cleaners leave a "leave behind" slip at every cleaning with the client's next cleaning date. Clients frequently ask the cleaners, while they are in the home, whe their next cleaning is scheduled. When the cleaner is assigned to that home and the client is on their normal recurring scheulde, they can usually figure it out. However, this becomes difficult when the cleaner is not assigned to the next cleaning date, or the client has changed their cleaning date, the cleaner currently has to contact the office to find out, which creates unnecessary interruptions for both the cleaners and the office staff. It would be extremely helpful to have the next scheduled date visible to the cleaner from the current job that they have been assigned to on that particular date. This would save office time, prevent confusion, and make it easier for cleaners to answer clients' questions accurately.
