Allowing Employees to input payment from the app

My team collects payment on the job, it would be nice, for tracking purposes, if they could input payment types and amounts to make tracking easier. Right now I have that with Square, but I started using ZenMaid to consolidate platforms into one.

Just a thought - How would you track a cash payment if a cleaner input the amount in Zenmaid as paid? Not that they would be dishonest, but this may give them an opportunity to be if they were in desperate mode.

I totally agree. Specially now that there are many online options as payment. If the customer didn't pay it would show as open and give me a chance to send them a reminder and/or invoice.

That would also need to include the option to input what portion (if any) was a tip.
