Amendment notifications

We have recently sent out a survey to all our customers asking if they find the text and email reminders useful. All do but we have had a great suggestion. Customers would like to receive a notification if their appointment is changed at the point it is amended. We think this is a great idea but we would like to go a little further as the business owner. When we make changes they are sometime in error so wouldn't want the suggested notification to go out automatically but get a prompt to ask if we would like to send an 'amendment' notification

Love this idea. I also think it would be helpful to let our cleaners know of a last minute change in the schedule.
