Announce which cleaner is on the way
My customers have asked if the emails/text reminders can also tell them which cleaner is coming. i.e. "You're receiving this email as a quick reminder that you have an upcoming appointment with us. The appointment time and cleaning tech are..."

This should be expanded to OMW SMS messaging. When the cleaner initiates the OMW it should allow for the variable to include the cleaner(s) name in the text.
