@rebecca-defazio-the-maids-agency-ltd: Do you have a cancellation policy that you enforce? Totally get where you're coming from about this feature but wanted to point out you should not let pain in the ass customers cancel at 11:30 pm the night before without a cancellation fee
Yes this would be extremely useful for us. We have constant changes and we like to keep all of our teams happy with a decent amount of hours work. If we have pain in the backside customer who cancels at 11.30-pm the evening before - we go the lengths to rearrange schedules which may mean changes for more than one team or all teams. Currently if that happens I have to manually send them a text telling them there have been changes and to check their schedules before setting out in the morning. Very cumbersome process.
