Appointment Follow-up Email Same Day as Service
We need the option to schedule the Appointment Follow-up Email to go out the same night as the service. While the cleaning is still fresh in the customers mind.

Has the production team looked into this feature yet... it's been 1 year since it's been posted and seems like an easy fix.

Johanna Windon: We have to prioritize this along with other requests that seem easy, as well as new features that are time consuming and more involved. After 1 year this request still has only 8 votes (we have 1200 customers) and hence it has not made our immediate to do list yet. We will look into it when we can but we have lots of other quick features like this that have been requested that help more of our users :-)

Add an option to schedule the follow-up email on the same day as appointment OR add an option to automatically email a “service completed” notification when a cleaner clocks out of each appointment.
This went live yesterday! Check your appointment follow up template page in settings :-)
