Exactly! Clients in my experience prefer texts now. And instead of having 2 options: send message after first cleaning or after every cleaning, would be great to have more options. Maybe every 2 or 4 cleanings.
If we add this we're going to have to increase our prices. SMS are expensive for us to keep adding and sending for everyone without passing on the cost.
Amar Ghose: Hi Amar, I can't speak for everyone, but as a business owner I totally understand. I personally love using Zenmaid because I find it practical, I've seen other CRMs, with more features but I found them very complicated to use. I understand that there are companies and cleaners of all different stages here at Zenmaid, so I think it would be interesting for you to add plans that include different tools with different prices.
