I agree Kristy - I log the girls time off in their separate cleaner profiles in the availabilities section, but it doesn't appear on the schedule which can suck because the clients that are scheduled for that day still appear.

yea maybe something where you can click next to the assigned cleaners for an appointment and it automatically marks them as (Called off) and can then be tracked on an attendance report. bonus points if it can leave them assigned to the appointment for historical purposes but takes them off of the payroll for that clean.

i have had to do a work around and creat fals "clients" to show this eg sickness, dependant lleave, lateness etc so it would be much better if zenmaid had an actual feature that we could use

YES! And alerts of frequent behaviour.

We have implemented a points system for attendance. Being able to track points and have them drop off automatically after a specified amount of time would be wonderful! As would automatically adding them when an employee doesn't clock in, or clocks in late/out early, etc.
