this would be a great feature
We definitely would benefit a great deal by having automatic invoices sent to our clients, especially when they are wanting them on a bi-weekly basis instead of net 30. By having them setup to go out like clock-work, would make it so much easier for us as we continue to grow.
Please make this happen
Either automatic or scheduled…. I like to send my invoices out the weekend prior to the service weeks service. But day if would work as well! Many of my clients pay ahead of time (residential) and I send invoices before hand. I would love to be able to set a day that all invoices went out lien 3 days prior or something… this is needed for sure!

This is one of things I thought Zenmaid already did when I signed up. A little disappointed when I realised it didn't. I think you should be able to set it up so that when a job is marked complete, the invoice is automatically sent to the customer for the amount set.
I totally agree!! My schedule changes so much that its exhausting having to go into quickbooks to change the recurring invoice dates or add new ones. It would be AMAZING if zenmaid atuomatically sent them based on my calender!!
If zenmaid not only had this but the ability to run automatic sales receipts rather than invoices I would for sure upgrade to the whole package! I currently have my clients fill out an autopay authorization form and they are billed once per month for their recurring services automatically thereafter. Would love to have that run through zenmaid so we could benefit from using the reports feature (which is awesome).
Zen Maid, We REALLY would love to not have to pay for an extra service to do invoices. Unfortunately the invoice feature that is available right now looks very unprofessional and it does not align right in the email.

Definitely needs to be a one stop shop simple invoice, invoice number, lead time 3-5 days followup email or message then option for paid or not
