Automatically Update Assigned Cleaning Tech when drag and drop on schedule
I would love for the employee/team to update automatically when i re-assign / drag and drop appts around the calendar.

Which calendar view are you referring to? I'm unclear why the employee/team would change if you're adjusting the time of an appointment :-)
