Automation of charging and invoicing
It would be extremely helpful if a clean marked as complete would pop up an option to automatically charge the card on file or invoice the customer.

or better yet, Amar Ghose, why not create an option that if checked as "on" any cleans marked complete are just automatically charged... and any that are not clicked "on" will still require manual processing.

Jessica Kerski: Not an option. We will not add the ability to take money automatically as it introduces huge risk (in the worst case scenario of a bug being introduced and you charging your clients thousands of dollars) The pop up to make it one click is something we'll do however, just a question of when :-)
The auto-charge option is the best choice after the job is completed. When the cleaner finishes the job and presses the complete button, the client gets charged.
