AVERAGE Job time

Add a field that keeps track of the ACTUAL job time for each cleaning and averages out over the course of several cleanings. This would be handy to keep accuracy to the time allotted for "Appointments" in the calendar. I know that for my business, not all cleaners are equal. There are some that are go-getters and others that work at a snail's pace. As employees come and go, the average time to clean a home will change. I'd like to be able to quickly see how long it averages the cleaners so that I can adjust the duration of the appointment. This would allow me to not over/under-book the cleaners and have them always running behind/ahead of schedule.
