Be able to send confirmation notices custom made for certain customers

I have some customers who are very inconsistent with their appointments. I'd like to be able to set up different approached for their notifications. For example: Send them an e-mail 5 days prior the appointment. Send text messages 2 days + e-mail 2 days before we go.
