I’ve been setting up my booking form and wanted to share a few suggestions that I think could make the form more flexible and easier to use.One of the main limitations I’ve noticed is with Custom Questions. It would be really useful to have more answer types available, such as:Yes / NoMultiple choiceCheckboxesDropdown menuNumber fieldIt would also be very helpful to have conditional questions. For example, if a client selects that they have rubbish or waste that needs removing, an additional question could then appear asking them to describe the type and approximate amount.Another useful improvement would be the option to add short helper text or descriptions underneath individual questions, rather than only relying on section descriptions.It would also be great to have more control over whether individual questions are required or optional.A few other features that could be useful are:Photo upload linked to a specific questionQuestions that only appear for selected servicesShort text and long text field optionsCustom notes or alerts within the formThe option to apply an extra charge or surcharge based on a client’s answerI think these changes would make the booking form much more adaptable for different cleaning services and would reduce the amount of follow-up needed with potential clients.Thank you for considering the feedback.
