Booking Form Calendar with actual available times

It would be nice if the booking form calendar had a way for customers to see what times we're available based on our schedule. We're still a small company and can only do one cleaning at a time. It would be nice if their appointment for initial walkthrough was automatically confirmed for when we're available. Currently, we have the calendar disabled then we have to email them our availability along with the estimate.

Availability by specified zip would be nice. By distance would be even better. Others are doing that now. Eliminates need for zips or zones. Offer shortest drive time first, and allow limit setting as to distance.

Would also love to have the ability to restrict the calendar out so they can't book for the next day, but 3 days out

I am using the booking form for scheduling initial walkthroughs and it would be amazing if I was able to only have specific days and times during those days. We are also a small company and have limited folks who can preform estimates for clients on limited days.

Amar Ghose any idea when this will be released? i have been manually confirming bookings via phone calls for almost a year now and this is literally the only manual part of the whole process

Jolie Davis That's correct. Just the way software development works sometimes. We haven't been able to really touch the booking forms at all and despite what you keep repeating, this is not a simple change for us to make.

This would be a game changer for us. We are busy, so it would be nice for our recurring clients to be able to book when we had open availability.

Yes, I used another booking form before and that is what I miss the most. It was so much easier if potential clients could only book when you are available. It saves time so you don't have to call if you get double booked and try to reschedule.
