Change rotation date without deleting recurring serviceq

There should be an option to change the rotation start date within the recurring service tab. If a customer is on a 4 week-rotation and they postpone the cleaning for 1 or 2 weeks, there should be an option to just go in and change the next appointment date, then "save new rotation for future appointments" and/or just be prompted that question when editing the appointment to change the date: "Do you wish to update this service rotation after this appointment?

Our new recurring service update from a few weeks ago should have addressed this :-)

Amar Ghose: HI Amar, I don't think this issue has been solved. If so, please guide me step by step on how this should be done. I'm still having to cancel the recurring service and then start a new one. Please advise.

Hi Leticia I do this by moving the appointment in the calendar screen (by dragging to desired spot). When you do that for a recurring service it asks you if this is for just that visit or for all recurring services. Choose all recurring services and it will reassign rotation dates automatically. I do it all the time and works great. I do agree, however, that the Manage Recurring Services section is cumbersome and could do with improvements. Hope this is helpful to you!

@zgina-cardell-naranjo-personal-effects-ltd: Interesting... I normally only do the weekly view so in that this option wouldn't help, but I should switch to monthly view and try. Thank you!!!
