There needs to be some sort of chat feature instead of leaving notes on prior cleanings, I am surprised this has not been implemented yet.

By chat what do you mean? A chat where you and cleaners can communicate like messenger for example?
Can you describe what kind of information you leave in notes on prior cleanings at the moment and why you believe a chat would be more useful here?
