City/Custom Field on Vertical Calendar (City, Preferred Cleaner, Flexible Day/Time to help SPEED up scheduling

Having the City and 1-2 Custom Fields show on the Vertical Calendar would speed up scheduling and re/scheduling. My office staff does not know where each client is located, their preferred cleaner and if they are flexible with their day/time, if they could see that on the calendar list view when needing to move something or reschedule or add an appointment it would help so that they do not have to click on each appointment to see where it is or on each client to see what their preferences are. HUGE TIME SAVER! :)
