Cleaners Job Notes

I would like the cleaners to be able to view notes that have been put on the job post previously. I believed this app would be a way of cutting back on other methods of communication but without the manager having to check every job and copying pasting notes to the main note page, they are still have to communicate regards jobs via other means.
