Confirmed Payroll/Hours - Daily

I would love to see a check box beside the techs hours in each apt - When my office staff does invoicing they can also check the techs hours - Did they go over? Did they forget to clock out? Do they need to adjust anything? Do the hours make sense for that apt for that tech on that day? ( Check - Meaning they checked and confirmed everything matches ) - This would then show up on payroll beside their clock in and out times - This way I would not have to go through every apt at payroll and match it to our invoicing - or other techs hours for the day ( popping back and forth between screens ) and it can be done pro actively taking less time at month end to do payroll.
