This would be a great feature to have. We are currently having to email each new client directly with a copy of our terms and conditions. If we can add this to the booking form or find a way to put it under our business information for clients to see would save us more time.
exactly what im going through right now... I have embedded the forms into the confirmation email with a link to a google drive, but they often overlook it and i constantly need to chase it down.

We're going to start by allowing you to include links to all external files you wish through the ZenMaid templates (ie allowing you to link to your terms and conditions) In the future we'll consider allowing attachments in the actual emails :-)
Amar Ghose: Will this include hyperlinks to web pages? Our client policies are on our website. Would love to have something with that link and a button the client needs to click saying "I've read and agree and understand that clicking here represents my signature" essentially. Would also be fantastic to have a reminder email go out if they don't agree within a period of time that we can set (say 48 hours for example).
@tom-hodges-alkemi-clean-greensboro: Yes, that what I meant by links to external files :-) At the current time we will not adding in any confirmation or e-signature. That adds legal complications we are not prepared to deal with

Was just talking about this idea. A work around could be to add to your “booking confirmation.” You can add your policies, FAQ, etc. Better yet, you can provide a link to where those policies and FAQs live on your website.
