Custom Reports
It would be awesome if ZM would add the ability to write customer reports, based on user needs. If not to let us do it, then make it an available request.

Agreed. Generic reporting provided by ZM is not helpful at all because every business is unique in how they track their data.
Definitely, this would be an amazing help. I need a report to support my invoicing. I need client name, dates cleaned and hours cleaned
