Yes!!! This is so needed. I own a cleaning company but also a dog walking company - our software for that business has a portal/app and it is soooo beneficial for clients!

Yes. A long time ago, I also wished for a way for clients to see cleaners profiles and photos also. It adds a personal touch for them to know whos coming, and some additional info about them.

Would also be fabulous for paying ZenMaid customers to have the ability to "brand" that portal slightly (logo and colour navigation bar) so it aligns with the cleaning company.

Yes please! In addition to customers seeing their schedules and requesting changes, it would also be amazing - especially with the short term vaca rental industry- if the property owner could leave notes for the team on each specific appointment (ex: reset for 6 adults, 2 children and set up pack & play).

Clients should be able to login and manage their bookings (skip if before the cancelation period with out a fee, or skip if passed the period with a fee. Here they can leave feedback, notes, reviews

if we can create an app for our clients.. they can see their upcoming schedule, send notes to the office staff if need be, even have the ability to pay an outstanding invoice or send an extra tip. NOW THIS WOULD BE AWESOM

I would LOVE it if our clients had a portal they could access with things like upcoming booking dates/times, booking history, notes (whether one way or two way).

this would be great, a air bnb client of mine would love to check if they have given me all their dates
