Dashboard refresh — job type split, profit per hour, churn and lapsed clients
The dashboard is still pretty basic — revenue total, recurring count, leads, unpaid. It tells me money came in, not whether it was worth it. A few additions would make it a daily-use tool:
Recurring vs. one-time revenue split. A strong month from two move-outs looks identical to a strong month from growing contracts. Very different things.
Revenue and profit per labor hour — filterable by service type, cleaner, date range. Plus profit per job, per cleaner, per week (revenue minus payroll hours), so I can see which homes and which cleaners actually make money.
Churn rate and lapsed-client list. Clients gained/lost over a date range, and an automatic flag for recurring clients past their normal cadence (weekly client at 16 days, monthly at 50+). Tell me who to call before they're gone.
While you're in there: scroll back through past months, forecast next month not just current, daily amounts on hover, numbers as digits alongside the graph, filter by status with $ per status, AR aging on unpaid jobs instead of just a count.

This would be an amazing update! When you are running at a high rate of revenue and cleaners, it would be great to see this! Lapsed clients as well! Please consider this addition.
