When we cancel a customer and they are no longer recurring, it would be helpful if the software showed the date of cancellation.

Also when cancelling a recurring appointment, provide a field to enter the reason for cancellation. This could be a custom dropdown, or text field. This would allow tracking reasons for cancellations.
