Email and text templates

Is there any way we can get the option to create multiple text reminders? My clients want reminders 3-⁠5 days before the clean, as well as the day before.

I really need this future, I need more customizable templates for all my current clients. Not only one follow up email. We need and more customizable booking forms as well.

We would like to add new options for customizing our email templates to our customers and their current service situation, e.g. service day, assigned cleaner's name, service type (weekly/bi-weekly/etc).

Ability to schedule “Come Back” emails to be sent out 1-⁠2 days after customer account is flipped to “former customer,” instead of a week. The majority of our clients are on weekly service, and it's important for us to send the notification BEFORE their next service day would be, to prevent service interruptions.
