Agreed! I'd be happy with Linda's idea or Darlene's idea! I was actually logging into the feedback section to request a similar idea. The software that I am switching from, allowed me to print out a payroll "proof" that allowed me to have the employees "proof" their payroll PRIOR to me finalizing payroll. This allowed me to fix any errors that may have occurred before I print paychecks. I can see there being several mistakes that don't get caught and have to try to remember to adjust their paycheck the following week. When I do the proof with my current program, it allows me to show or hide the actual pay, which I do. I am just wanting them to confirm that I have given them credit for the proper times and jobs. It would be fantastic if there were a "proof" that could be delivered to the employee's email address or accessed through the app.
This would be great if the employees can see their own timesheet once payroll is approved. However, I do not want amount paid for each job listed. Just a report on the jobs they completed in the pay period, clock in/out time and totals at the bottom., i.e. total hours, rate, sub-total pay, total extras, total deductions total bonus, and final pay.
