In email templates it would be a great feature to be able to edit/change the title templates - i.e., workorder to first time cleaning so you can many different emails to send to clients

I see what you're saying. I would utilize this feature as well. Or the ability to add to existing templates to send automated or mass emails through ZenMaids to specific client lists like leads, one time clients, or recurring clients. Etc.
