Employee Notes Stay On the Customer Profile

Amar, why can't we move notes to customer profiles when using a computer? We are only able to use this feature on the mobile app.

I'd like to add to this that it's crucial there is just an OPTION for this. Not that they stay forever. I think it would make more sense if the cleaner has the option to add "customer profile notes" and "job notes". Sometimes I have staff use this function to note their times for lunch if they are on a longer job or other things that are only related to that day. Such as if a client has an add on for that day only

I would like to control what notes gets added permanently, so I press the copy button, to copy their notes on to the customer profile so they can see it everytime if it is relevant. Based on the notes my cleaners are making I think it would be quite messy if it happened automatically...

Please include all Notes added either via app or desktop are carried over to client profile. What is the point of not being able to view Notes on each client/visit if no one can access when mobile.

Yes this needs to be a feature! Otherwise what is the point??

YES I would love this! For us this would be useful for tracking areas that we clean every other visit or monthly, etc. I have quite a few clients who, for example, have their basement cleaned every other visit, and I have no easy way for the cleaners to track this. This is my biggest complaint about the software!

Hi Jenna, I was just playing around with this today. What we've come up with is when an employee submits a note for that appointment, if it is a note relevant to only that cleaning we just leave it there, but if its relevant in a longer term sense, we add it to that clients profile. It would be nice though if the employees had the option when they created the note, maybe a checkbox that said "for this appointment only" and "permanent note".
