Employee time averages per appointment

Would like to have a report showing employee time averages per appointment. Example: "want to know on average it takes us 2.5 hours to do Mr Smith's every two weeks - and that average is over the last 6 months. I can then use this data to make sure that Mr Smith is paying the correct amount for the service he gets."

Use this idea for a report that points out which houses we are making the least amount per the number of manhours we there. So they can be targeted for a flat rate price increase. To build on this idea have it suggest we increase the scheduled time for that client and ZenMaid can also use the data that we imported into square footage, bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchens to get production rates over all so that future clients will get better estimates to start with.
