Amar Ghose: I know for us in particular we would be willing to pay more for that kind of feature since we have about 10-15 estimates a week and texts are more convenient for clients. There’s already the option for sending them now, it’s just only for one status. Could it be an add on option to the monthly rate? Like extra $20 or whatever? People can just add it to their plan if nededb
Harbor Cleaning: Not sure on that yet, more likely we'll add a premium plan with more communication options (among other things) but we'll see :-)

Good suggestion - we're looking into it. The problem is that at this point every SMS option we add costs us thousands of dollars. We might need to change our pricing or add an additional plan option for this (and other SMS we have in mind)
Amar Ghose:could it be added as a email instead.. maybe an option that after you send the estimate email it asks "would you like to send a follow up to this estimate" and if you select yess you can choose 2,3,4,5,6,7 days later... then it will automatically send the the email to any estimate that is not scheduled for a clean yet.
If we add this we're going to have to increase our prices. SMS are expensive for us to keep adding and sending for everyone without passing on the cost.
