Estimates

We would like to see the option to generate an estimate that can be converted to an invoice. 1. Lead fills out web form to request quote. (not to book a date) 2. We generate an estimate based upon the info submitted by lead. 3. lead then either accepts estimate or declines. 4. if they accept we convert the estimate to an invoice and collect deposit then call to schedule a walk through and initial clean date/time. 5. if they decline we give them the opportunity to tell us why.

I do too really think this needs improved. We have made our email as professional and as easy to navigate as possible but I do feel like we are lacking in this area. I think being able to send an estimate with different fields and then the client can accept and automatically run a deposit would be GOLDEN!!!!!!

I would like to see this too! I have worked in several CRMs that have a process flow with flexibility to move from Estimate to Work Order to Invoice, or from Work Order to Invoice, or Estimate to Invoice.

i want an job estimater so we can take the prices we load into Zenmaid and build an estimate for our use that we can send to customer. You already use this on the booking form. It needs to be so we can build an estimate onsite. We do in person consultations when possible. this would keep all our function in one app.
