Feature Request: Customer Type Categories & Automated Email Templates

Hi ZenMaid Team,I have a feature request that I think would make the customer onboarding process much more efficient.When creating a new customer, it would be really useful to have a Customer Type field that allows us to categorise the booking, for example:Regular Domestic CleaningDeep CleanEnd of Tenancy CleanCommercial CleaningCarpet & Upholstery CleaningLaundry ServiceBiohazard CleaningBuilders CleanOne-Off CleanOtherBased on the selected customer type, it would be great if ZenMaid could automatically trigger a different email template. For example:Regular Cleaning – Welcome email explaining recurring visits, payment arrangements, cancellations, etc.Commercial Cleaning – Contract information, key contacts, reporting process, health & safety information.Deep Clean – Preparation checklist and what to expect on the day.Carpet Cleaning – Pre-visit instructions, drying times and aftercare advice.Laundry Service – Collection/delivery information and service guidelines.At the moment, businesses offering multiple services either have to manually choose the correct email every time or use generic emails that aren't tailored to the service being provided.Having customer categories linked to automated email templates would:Reduce manual admin.Improve consistency.Create a more personalised customer experience.Reduce the risk of sending the wrong information.Make onboarding much more efficient for businesses with multiple service offerings.I believe this would be a valuable enhancement for many service businesses using ZenMaid.Thank you for considering this suggestion.
