File attachment to automated emails

It would be great to be able to add attachments to automated emails, ideally an option where you can go to a file folder and choose what to attach (the file could be housed on zenmaid or on the user side) Two quick examples 1)add customer terms and conditions and cc authorization to the automated booking email and 2)add a thank you note or referral coupon in the follow up email after cleaning.
