Flag appointments that need review by admin or staff

I'd love to be able to flag appointments that I need to review (waiting for client confirmation for example), and I'd also love it if I could flag appointments for my staff to review. They don't open and look at notes for houses they know well, and sometimes I make and change and I want to call their attention to it without having to text them. (We don't use the work order feature)
