It would be great if we offered gift certificates for clients. This has been brought to my attention by one of my clients trying to get services for her mom as a gift.

I like this idea! If this can be embedded in our website as a custom code similar to the booking form with the option to enable a payment processor, so it's a hands-off experience that can be used online or over the phone.
