With our new Service Ratings release we've done as close to this as we can. The FTC frowns upon directing folks based on their ratings so we can not offer that. In fact, a competitor of ours is now in a class action law suit for violating this.
Yes i'd like to do this as well. If a text isn't possible how about an email going out right after job is complete? Because that way most people get push notification on their phone anyway.
It's not hard but it is expensive. Every SMS template we add at this point will cost us $500 every single month to send out

If anyone is still working on this, I created cards with a QR code to direct clients to leave a review. Our cleaners leave one if they don't see a review has been collected (we track them on their profile). It states on the card "Mention your cleaner's name and they will receive a $25 tip with your name on it! It works!
